I ordered from tovfurniture.com and was happy with how well everything was packed. The box had a few bumps on it from shipping, but the furniture inside was completely fine. There was plenty of padding, and nothing was scratched or loose. It really made me feel like they cared about making sure it arrived safely.

"Chair was fine, but the sizing was a little misleading"
I ordered a chair from tovfurniture and overall it’s okay. The measurements were close to what was listed, but once I actually got it in my room, it felt a bit bigger than I expected. This is where it got annoying — the photos didn’t really give me a clear idea of how it would look size-wise in a normal space. It’s not a huge deal and I’m still keeping it, but I do wish the listing made that part easier to judge.

"Used to have better luck finding things in stock"
I’ve browsed TOV Furniture before and remember it being easier to find pieces that were actually available. This time, almost everything I liked was either out of stock or on backorder. The site still looks great and shows a lot of nice furniture, but then you click on something and it’s not actually available. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"Really happy with this chair"
I ordered a chair from TOV and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, especially with the color. Sometimes things look so different online, you know? But it ended up matching the photos really well. It might be just a little warmer in my room’s lighting, but not in a bad way at all. Overall, it’s pretty much exactly what I was hoping for, and I’m really happy with it.

"Good overall, just a small issue"
The order showed up on time and looked really nice overall, but uh, one corner was chipped when I took it out of the box. Customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out, so I’d still give it 4 stars

"Nice Look, Okay Quality"
The furniture looks really nice, so I’m happy with how it looks in the room. The quality feels a little mixed though, because some parts don’t feel as sturdy as I expected. For the price, it’s not bad, but I do wish it felt a bit stronger

"Good furniture but delivery could’ve been better"
The furniture showed up in good shape and the guys did bring it inside like they said they would. They were late though and didn’t really clean up all the packaging after which was a little annoying. Not the worst experience just thought white glove delivery would feel a bit smoother.

"Nice table, but delivery updates were kinda lacking"
I ordered a coffee table from TOV and overall it turned out okay. The site said delivery would take about a week, but it ended up arriving 3 days late. The tracking didn’t really update much, so I was kinda left checking it over and over and guessing when it would actually show up. The box arrived in good shape and the driver was nice enough, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just wish the delivery info had been more reliable.

"Easy to put together and looks great"
I ordered a coffee table from TOV and was expecting assembly to be a whole thing, but it was surprisingly painless. The holes actually lined up, the screws came in little labeled bags, and I didn’t have to keep rereading the instructions like I usually do. It took me about 35 minutes on my own, and somehow there were no missing parts. Weird detail I remember: one of the screw bags made this tiny crinkly squeak every time I picked it up, which annoyed me more than it should have. Overall though, I’m really happy with it.

My order ended up arriving way later than the date they originally gave me. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but it really felt like it took forever. By the time it finally showed up, I was more annoyed than excited, and I’m not sure it was worth the wait.

"Frustrating Communication"
I don’t think I was asking for anything unreasonable, but getting a clear response from TOV Furniture about my order was way harder than it should’ve been. I reached out a few times, and when they finally did get back to me, it was slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I get that companies get busy, but as a customer, I feel like basic communication shouldn’t be this difficult. it was frustrating and not what I expected.

Had a small issue with my chair, which obviously wasn’t ideal, but the warranty team actually sorted it out fast. It was easy, no hassle, and thankfully didn’t turn into one of those endless back-and-forth situations.

"Nice pieces, but prices are kinda mid"
I’d prob give TOV Furniture 3 stars on price. Some of the pieces look really nice and feel fair for what you’re getting, but a few seemed a little pricey to me, especially once delivery was added. I didn’t feel ripped off or anything lol, just didn’t feel like I scored an amazing deal either. Next time I’d def compare prices more before buying

"Way More Comfortable Than I Expected"
I got my sofa from tovfurniture.com, i’m really happy with it. I tend to notice comfort first and kind of tune out everything else at first, and this one passed the test right away. The cushions are soft without swallowing you, and I’ve been able to sit on it for hours without my back bothering me. I already ended up taking a nap on it too, so that pretty much says it all lol.

“It takes several days for them to follow-up. They have you jumping through hoops to confirm the validation of your complaints (i. E. take more pictures and send them), only to tell you the manager has stated there's nothing that can be done.”
